Recently, The Hello Gatherer Event had the wonderful opportunity to plan and decorate a beautiful wedding in the Swaad Rii Dhani for a lovely Rajput family from Kishangarh. The entire wedding was hosted at the family’s home, and we had the honor of managing everything — from the smallest detail to the grandest celebration.

Our team started working on 26th May, and with hard work, love, and creativity, we completed the entire setup by the morning of 30th May. It wasn’t easy — there were a lot of challenges — but seeing the smiles on the faces of the bride, groom, and their families made it all worth it.

Blending Rajput Culture with a Modern Look.

The family is proud of their Rajput roots, so we kept the traditional touch in all the decorations from colors, flowers, and designs, to the way we set up the spaces. But since the couple liked a bit of a Western style too, we added some modern elements to give it a classy twist.

The final look was a beautiful mix of tradition and trend, and the family absolutely loved how everything turned out.

All Wedding Events — Designed with Heart

This wedding was full of different functions, and each one had its own theme, decor, and vibe. Here’s how we brought each celebration to life:

💛 Haldi

The Haldi ceremony was filled with fun, laughter, and bright yellow colors. We used marigold flowers, traditional props, and beautiful setups to give it a festive, family feel.

💐 Mayra

The Mayra function was full of love and traditions. We created a warm and welcoming space where family members could enjoy the rituals and bond with each other.

💃 Sangeet

This night was all about music and dancing! With colorful lights, a lively stage, and sound systems, everyone—from kids to elders—had a blast dancing and enjoying the performances.

💦 Pool Party

The pool party added a fun break between the rituals. We kept it modern and light with pool floats, fresh drinks, and a vibrant setup — perfect for the younger crowd to relax and enjoy.

👑 Reception

For the grand reception, we used elegant décor with whites, golds, and soft lighting. The stage looked royal, and the whole setup felt like a dream.

🎶 Mhefil — The Star Night

Out of all the events, the Mhefil night was truly unforgettable. It had soulful music, soft lights, and a magical atmosphere. Guests sat under the stars, enjoying live singing, poetry, and great conversations. This evening became one of the most special highlights of the wedding.
